I like to sweat until I’m dripping wet

Sucking air and feeling pain, I like that oxygen debt

I like to sweat, until I feel like dyin’

I like to sweat and feel that burn

Get to the point of exhaustion, that’s what I yearn

I like to take it to the limit

See what these old bones can do in 30 minutes

I like to sweat until my body quits

I like to sweat until I’m dripping wet

Skin so slippery baby, something I never regret

I get my heart rate up, I keep my muscles firm

But working up a sweat, that’s my main concern
